Here you find videos by Tomoji Miyamoto Sensei (ex-member of Nihon Karate-do Shotokai) doing kata in presence of Master Shigeru Egami, sometime in the early 70’s. Included among these videos are the kata: Taikyoku Shodan, Heian Shodan, Heian Nidan, Heian Sandan, Heian Yondan y Heian Godan and other more advanced ones. These are excellent examples of Shotokai practice.
